Utilising the Hex key, you can easily unscrew the anchor when the cover is in use. And when the cover is not in the use, you can easiy screw down the anchor. When the anchor is screwed down, it becomes flush with the exterior surface that the casing is embedded in to. The screw-type anchor is the industry standard but is still very effective. Fits all major manufactures of winter safety covers.
